Sounds like a nice list... although I'm not sure what you mean by "pound it with someone at least 3x a week".
You know, when you make a fist and "pound it". I don't really know any other way of describing it. It's an equivalent to the high five.
BTW, what's up these days? I didn't know you kept a blog, I'll have to check it out sometime when it's not 1AM!
